Manchin releases second episode of online forum to answer West Virginians’ questions and concerns
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) today released his second episode of “Manchin’s Mailbox” to answer questions from West Virginians about his positions on how to fix the nation’s fiscal crisis, his bipartisan “Fair Compliance Act” and the extension of unemployment benefits. The 6-minute question-and-answer session can be found here.
“Whether I am traveling around West Virginia or working in Washington to represent the values of our great state, this feature is an excellent way for me to personally keep in touch with you about the issues that concern you most,” Senator Manchin said. “It is so important to keep an open line of communication between you and me so I can do my job better, and hearing your thoughts, ideas and concerns on a regular basis is the means to do just that. Please continue to send me your letters, your questions and your concerns, and I’ll keep answering them.”
“Manchin’s Mailbox” is featured on Senator Manchin’s website, manchin.senate.gov. The first episode is available here.
