Manchin Joins Governor Tomblin for Third Day of Storm Damage Assessment

Charleston, W.Va. -  U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) will travel across the state today with Governor Earl Ray Tomblin and the National Guard to make sure communities and first responders are getting the federal aid they need to help West Virginians to recover from the recent storm.
