Manchin Addresses Keystone XL Pipeline, National Debt and Overseas Spending in Latest Installment of ‘Manchin’s Mailbox’

Manchin releases third episode of online forum to answer West Virginians’ questions and concerns

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) released his third episode of “Manchin’s Mailbox” today to answer questions from West Virginians about his positions on critical issues including the Keystone XL pipeline, the dire financial situation facing this nation and concerns about how we are spending our limited resources in America and overseas. The 6-minute question-and-answer session can be found here.

“I truly value the concept of retail government where I can personally reach out to West Virginians across our great state to hear their ideas, concerns and priorities on the important issues that our nation faces today,” Senator Manchin said. “I receive so many letters from the people of West Virginia, and this is a great opportunity to keep the lines of communication open while I’m in our nation’s capital. I want to encourage all West Virginians to continue to send me letters, questions and concerns, and I’ll keep answering them.”

Previous episodes of “Manchin’s Mailbox” are available on Senator Manchin’s web site, manchin.senate.gov.
