Manchin, Capito Announce $600,000 for WVU Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Research

Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) announced today that West Virginia University (WVU) will receive a $600,000 grant to fund Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Research.
